公司总部位于中国（上海）自由贸易试验区爱迪生路326号，并在多地有多家直属或紧密合作的原材料栽培基地及粗加企业。
根据我国天然植物资源丰富的特点，结合公司的独有技术和专用设备的研发优势，把利用植物提取加工植物药原料、中间体及制剂作为公司发展的主导方向。经过十几年的专注和发展，公司已成功开发几大植物生物碱系列产品，成功进入国际和国内两大市场。
